The staff is great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. It's very relaxing. There is an older gentleman at the bar, and he is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

I think the top door hinge was broken because it wasn't safe to open the left door and I felt a gap compared to the bottom of the door where you could stick your little finger in.. I think that's why a cold wind blew and a pretty noisy heater was turned off/on very often, which often woke us up. I explained all this to the front desk and they moved us to another room, for which I thank them. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything. Thx.
