Really cute, clean, kitschy hotel! It’s just steps away from Pike Market and in a decent area of town, however, the area gets a little sketchy a couple blocks away. The room was much bigger than we thought!

The hotel is perfectly located to the market. It’s clean and cutely decorated. I’d recommend for a short trip. It’s pretty dark in the room so beware if you plan on putting on makeup!

This hotel was so sweet. The atmosphere is wonderful, the location was everything. The only downside is that it was a little loud at night, but it was too be expected and nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix.

Worst hotel experience I've had. Wifi was unreliable and basically did not work. I had to use my phone as a hot spot. TV was the same way. It would often drop out. Both of these would be tolerable. However, the worst was that the water would complete shut off in the middle of a shower. The best it got was horribly low water pressure. But all througought my shower...the water would turn completely off. Not even a drip. I was standing there for as long as minutes waiting for it to come back on. Ditto for the water at the sink. I went down to the front desk to complain and try and get another room. The dude working seemed like he couldn't care less. He said "it's old pipes and it's the city's fault". Not an ounce of caring or customer service. He basically tried to make me feel crazy for complaining about it. He also said "if you wait until after 10 it should be ok". Not sure how he thinks that changing my vacation schedule is acceptable. I left a day early since the experience was so sub-par. On top of that, there were horrible yellow stains on a hand towel and bath towel. VERY suspect looking. Naturally I didn't see them on the hand towel until after I had used it to dry my face. GROSS! He seemed rather non-plussed by this as well. Avoid this spot. Plenty of other places in the area to stay that are much nicer!

The hotel staff is so sweet and very hard working. The room was clean and cute. The room service was delightful and the restaurant had great options. My only qualms are with how noisy my stay was. The rooms are advertised as sound proof and they most definitely are not. I could hear my neighbors tv and coughing all night. As well as trash being put through shoots slamming doors and loud music. I would stay again, just with the expectation that I’ll need some earplugs.

During our stay, the elevator was not working and there was no one around to offer/help carry your bags up the stairs. I had to carry a large suitcase and then make a second trip carrying my carry on, up four flights of stairs. Then the next day, I had to bring those suitcases back down. They removed a $20 resort fee, offered free breakfast and a drink at the bar. However, in my opinion, carrying the suitcases up that number of flights was not worth the few things they took off! Elevators are a necessity in hotels! If they are not working, having someone offer to help would have been the best solution! They were short staffed and the workers were frazzled.

The hotel was really cute. Absolutely perfect location. A block from Pike Place Market. Only a few blocks from the monorail to the Space Needle. The reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the rooms were incredibly dark with terrible lighting. Hard to get ready! Also, the elevator was broke the entire time we were there.
