Very Enjoyable Stay

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and comfort. Staff were friendly and approachable. I am seldom comfortable in hotels beds and generally do not sleep well. However, I must admit, I slept so well, I didn’t want to leave. The room was very clean, quiet and private with an abundance of quality toiletries that were available within reach. I will definitely be booking my stays here again in the future! Thank you so much for having our holidays off to a good start.

Our stay was good, however, they did not have early check in. The concierge did not even attempt to check. He did, however, allow us to keep our bags on the property until check in time.

Good location

Good location, we walked to many places. Good hearty breakfast. Laundry facility in the hotel was an added bonus. Affordable to stay a few nights before leaving for our Alaskan cruise.

The location is great for a first-time Seattle experience, being equal distance from every major tourist spot. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant in every interaction. The only issue is the parking situation, which is obviously limited to every downtown experience. Better guidance would be appreciated, even as far as having an employee lead you to a spot so confusion is minimized. Overall, a suprisingly great stay.
