First of all, the front staff on our move-in day was FANTASTIC (Sunday, afternoon, about 5, June 22nd) so kudos to her as she was the best thing about the place. Otherwise the facility was a bit 'run-down', with bed linens not the cleanest, some parts of the bathroom in dis-repair, and out second room seemingly had a few ants. A plus was the reliable shuttle service which was there right on time for our (very quick) trip back to the airport. Breakfast was passable with yogurs, toast/waffles to hear up, and coffee/oranges -- got us going at least in the AM.

Staff was Great and very helpful. Had to have 150.00 cash deposit even though I had already paid for the room. Neighborhood was scary. No dining at all 7 11 next to hotel. Breakfast was not available at time stated. Wonderful transportation to and from airport.

Good news. Friendly staff and free shuttle to / from airport and to / from other places in the area. Bad news. Property needs serious updating. Very old and outdated. Our room had so many cracks, dirty areas and probably 3/4" opening in the door to the frame. The fancy new bathroom sink and mirror was not a good band-aid on the rest of the room. Breakfast was very very limited.

I waited 1 hr. for shuttle to show up called, and was told shuttle was down back up shuttle never showed . Some kind shuttle driver from a competing hotel gave a grope of us a ride. I finally checked in around 12:15 AM.

Our train was running late. When we got here they informed us they had cancelled our reservation. Then they tried to say it was because my credit card did not work; which is crazy, it works everywhere else.

The. duty (front desk) staff was aware of my arrival and did an excellent job with their shuttle at the airport. I really felt welcomed. Their service was also excellent at the departure time. I was happy and well rested.

Very close to the airport which makes it convenient. You can hear the planes all night so if that bothers you this t not be the place for you. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient and greatly appreciated - just called the front desk and they sent their shuttle; it runs every 30 minutes otherwise. Front desk staff very friendly. I was impressed with her multi-lingual skills and her professionalism.

This property is okay for a one night layover. The shuttle service is reliable. The rate is fair compared to other properties. The breakfast is very minimal. The noise from the airport and street was annoying. The staff people were helpful and friendly.
