Didn’t have a good experience

When I got to my room, the door was propped open, the doors/drawers on all the cabinets were pulled open. Towels were not in the bathroom & there was an open beverage (can) on the bathroom counter. I assumed they were still cleaning and waited. When no one came after a half an hour I went out in the hall and told the woman cleaning the rooms that I wanted to let her know I had arrived and I didn’t want to startle her when she got to my room. she thanked me and then another hour passed with no one coming in to complete the room. I was uncomfortable, as a woman traveling alone, sitting in a hotel room with the door propped open. I finally went back out in the hallway and re-approached the person cleaning the rooms and asked her when someone would be coming. She told me it wasn’t her block of rooms to take care of, but she would call the manager. She came back to the room and said the room was done but it was awaiting inspection. The manager spoke to me over her phone & was apologetic and asked her to finish taking care of everything. I heard the manager ask about the drink and she said it was probably hers. She brought towels and then left, leaving me to close all the drawers & cabinets. Because of waiting for someone to arrive, the dinner I brought was cold, I was delayed in being able to get my work done & lost sleep. The whole situation was unacceptable. Incidentally, I also found the bed & pillows uncomfortable.

Top notch Hilton property, and staff was super friendly. When we first arrived, our room had a strange odor, and the staff immediately changed our room, and were very accommodating. Overall a very nice hotel.

Clean and comfortable stay

We stayed here overnight while visiting the University of Scranton. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food and service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable.

My bed, property, and food was great, my friends room down the hall was amazing. My room smelled very strongly of weed so that was a bit much even after using sprays to neutralize it, we could still smell it.
