Very clean. We had a good view of the castle from the room and it was near the lake for swimming. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice.

Best location 3 mins walk to Hohenschwangua and at the foot of 30mins walk up to bridge and Neuchschwanstein Castle. Excellent free breakfast and free hot drinks in the morning and had dinner in the restaurant with view of the castle everyday. Discount in the gifts shop. Free parking if you get a spot. We left our car there all 3 days. Great hiking around the area too and the lake is so beautiful.

We were there to see the Neuschwanstein Castle and Sabina helped get us tickets at the last minute. She put us in room 45 which had a clear view of the castle which was awesome! Not sure if she did that specifically because it was my wifes birthday but, we like to think so! Great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are back in the area!

The property was lovely the staff especially sabine were amazing. Location and offerings were delightful. Having black forest cake in the lobby while looking at the artwork and souvenirs was nice We had dinner at the restaurant but it isn't anything special I would pass on dinner here. Breakfast was typical spread of meat and eggs with cereal etc.

The best location! Very friendly staff, good views, rooms came with great cooling fans, breakfast was very good. The restaurant serves good food as well - try the Weiner schnitzel. Even a welcome drink!

Beautiful location. Our room looked right onto Neuschwanstein Castle. The food was wonderful. Room was comfortable. I find it unusual in this day and age that there are no USB ports in rooms. This is all across Germany we have found. We arrived very early and they would not let us in the room one minute early, though we were told up come back around 2. I don’t understand this policy. What does it hurt to let us in a half or early? We know the room is ready. However, they did let us park our car early. Upon check out, the woman at the desk was very flustered. A guest was arguing about what I gathered was the tourist tax - she was German. I understand the principle but really - it was a few euros and we ended up just leaving. We had an excursion scheduled and couldn’t wait. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I can’t say the staff are overly friendly or welcoming.

The hotel staff were professional and helpful. Our room had a view of the castle and was so delightfully designed with a sitting nook, writing desk, coffee and tea in room. Plus the restaurant also had a view of the castle. The location was walkable with views of both castles, the lake and lots of shops. We highly recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed the accommodations at Hotel Muller. The room was comfortable and the staff incredibly helpful. Their restaurant served incredible food. Overall, we would highly recommend staying in this location if you are looking to visit Neuschwanstein Castle!

Fabulous hotel unbelievable location!

The hotel was very clean the lady at the front desk Sabine was one of the kindest women ever knowledgeable helpful and a delight to talk to. Any questions we had about the area she was happy to answer a wealth of information.. The shower was good we had a room with a balcony to do was great and it was very roomy. We're both not sure about those square pillows lol but that was a minor inconvenience. The restaurant at night was excellent and the breakfast was very good. But on top of all this you could not find a better location to see both castles on this one. Everything is literally across the street or less than a half a block away.
