The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review !

Well, as usual when I got there, they had downgraded my room for me from a one bedroom suite w/a separate bedroom to a studio. I haven’t stayed at a Hilton property in over two years because of what happened to me in Ohio a few years ago when I reserved a two bedroom suite and ended up with a one bedroom suite and they told me that the sofa bed counted as a 2nd bedroomwas nothing that they could do for me I ended up having to get another room use all my points that I was saving for the way home, but basically put me on a spiral into complete poverty. Credit cards got turned off because they were being overused and it was all because of them I spent months writing a song about how they ruined my life. My husband‘s business went bankrupt. Literally they ruined my life so fast forward to now and life‘s getting a tiny bit better but as usual, they put me in the wrong room but at least they got me the right room but they charged me for it and it was a lot more money and then there were $1000 on my account on hold and it wasn’t only supposed to be 300 total and I had to fix that, but it didn’t take them long to fix it, but the hold was on my account for like days and days and days. The staff is great though much better than North Canton Embassy Suites by Hilton in Ohio. It’s taken me three years to be able to even write about it. Cause I was moving cause I lost my house.

Nice room. Very clean. Staff is not always present, but pleasant once found and helpful.
