This was our first time in Savannah and we loved the location. We weren’t comfortable using valet, so we found a parking garage on Liberty 1.5 blocks away for $43/24 hours (other options too- but no in/out privileges).

The hotel is pretty nice and has great location. It is in the heart of the historic town, close to restaurants and the beautiful squares of Savannah. Things that I didn’t like about the hotel are that the bedding is not very nice ( looked very wrinkly ) and the pillows need replacing. Also they need to improve the sound proof of the hotel. My room was on the 12 th floor and heard a lot of noise and loud people from outside.

Great location. Clean rooms. No balcony use.

The location was great and the lobby was lovely. Rooms are small and old but refurbished. They are cozy and clean. Hotel was quiet. No fridge, and the ice machine on our floor was busted, which was a bummer. We spent more to get a balcony room. Once we got there we found the balcony door bolted shut. When we inquired about this we were told their new policy prohibited the use of balconies. We were not about to get any kind of refund for the upcharge because we booked through hotels.com. That was very disappointing.
