During check-in, the front desk staff photocopied my driver’s license. I immediately raised an objection, but the staff insisted that this was required by the Georgia state government. I am very concerned about the potential leakage of my personal information. I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S. and this is the first time I have ever been required to have my driver’s license photocopied, which made me extremely uncomfortable. The hotel staff then stated that if I did not allow my driver’s license to be photocopied, I would not be allowed to check in, and that the reservation was non-refundable. Under pressure, and feeling that my privacy was not being respected, I chose not to stay at the hotel and instead booked another hotel.

The staff were so happy to see us! The hotel was so clean, pretty, and neat! It was very inviting! The room was so clean and smelled great! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! And the sheets and comforter were the softest I’ve ever felt! I would stay here again for sure!! ☺️
