This has been my only place to stay for many years and while everything was just as good as it has always been, the smell of someone’s cologne lingered in my room the entire time which was unnerving and unpleasant. Anyone cleaning or entering the room prior to our guests arrivalshould not wear colognes or perfumes.

Room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast lady has a difficult job, and does it excellently. We have never had a poor experience at this hotel. On this occasion, my wife had a medical appointment. It's a shame you don't have medical rates; your easy access to the RUH would make it such a plus.
