I had my family of 9 with us and we had five rooms around the pool, which was perfect. The hotel is in walking distance to the main downtown area and bus (~15 minute walk). Very nice facility with very nice / helpful staff (Only One Bobby!). We all had a great time and I recommend.

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and great a/c. Pool and surrounding area were very inviting. Restaurant Katsaboo was very good. All Staff at the hotel were amazing. Special thank you to Anna, Felipe, Elizabeth and especially to Bobby! Bobby takes care of that hotel as if it’s his own. He’s constantly making sure everything runs smoothly and that the hotel grounds are perfect. He was our driver for the week and took amazing care of us!!! We will miss you Bobby.

The property was perfect in every way. We had a fantastic room poolside! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They all went out of their way to answer our questions and make our stay comfortable. They have a fantastic restaurant on the property, and Elias was a fabulous waiter! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

From our arrival to Santorini, the staff here made us feel welcome. Maria from the front desk to Bobby our driver and Anna who served us lunch several times the food we had at Katsaboo Restaurant was amazing. Sourced from the owners farm. Everything fresh and delicious. The wine we had in our room was from the owners own label Maris wines. I would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The Family Suite was very spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable. Maria at the reception was absolutely incredible! So helpful and friendly! The only negative is that the property is an uphill hike into town. In the heat, it was challenging and not very convenient. If you have a car, it would be no big deal, but it was not fantastic to have to walk it.

Pool image very deceiving

The hotel was lovely. However, I chose this hotel because at Hotels.com the photograph of the pool made it look like a walk-in pool. It was not. I am disabled and I could not get out of the pool. I had to use the pool that was up some flights of steps as that was the only pool I could get out of, I think Hotels.com should pay more attention to the entrances and exits photos of pools as that is very very important to disabled people. Very nice hotel, good people. One thing I didn't like is that the restaurant and pool are not "fully" part of the hotel I think (can't put dinner on room). Its not a problem per se, but we had to spend 50 eur to have a sun bead next to pool.

Spectacular Sunrises

The location is centrally located in a very good area. You can walk to the center of the city if you desire. The suites are gorgeous and the sunrises are spectacular! The ENTIRE staff are fantastic and were ALWAYS eager to assist in all endeavors. I will definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

The place is very clean and quiet. The only downside was the wifi connection in our room had poor signal, we had to go out of our room just to get a clear signal during our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. Shout out to Maria from the reception desk, Mario, our guide during the Jeep tour, and Bobby’s, who carried our luggages up and down the stairs. They made our stay worthwhile.
