We loved the idea they are service dog friendly. Did not like the idea our service dog could not eat with us by the pool. Also that breakfast was $25 each

It was a beautiful place and wonderful staff, but the “upgrade” to have access to the lounge is not worth it. We were told there were 24 hour complimentary snacks, but there aren’t. If you miss the short window where snacks are provided there is nothing there but an apple.

The hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts was really good and had many options. The lunch and dinner restaurant was ok. Pool bar was great with good food. Emiliano was wonderful. Housekeeping ( Maria) was great. The view of our room was fair. Everyone was very friendly.
