Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. The other inconvenient thing was the noisy doors! They made so much noise that they’d wake you up with a loud bang very early in the morning. They seem like the original doors to the building from years ago. They’re old and need updating. Beyond this, the hotel is very charming and super clean. Rooms are huge.

I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples. I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Waterfront is under construction but that just cuts down on traffic near the hotel.

What an amazing place to stay and enjoy Sorrento and its coast. Such warm, friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Loved the free shuttle to the town, took all the stress out of driving and parking. Thank you so much, would come back in a heart beat.
