Beautiful property, modern clean rooms and wonderful staff. The food and drinks were good. Quiet and great for resting and enjoying the pool after night out. The beach was lovely. Would have been nice to have more food options especially for late night hours.

Fun hotel to stay at for sure! Good vibes - nice tranquil rooftop bars, and music by the pool on a Friday! However the pool can be very crowded… Walkable to the beach that connects to another so for those who enjoys a swim is perfect. Also has nice restaurants on the beach. Nice rooms as well. Clean and neatly furnished. Just a tad far from most of the clubs but I guess you know what you are choosing when in San Antonio

This place is unreal! Definitely 5 star luxury. Incredible service, huge selection of restaurants and food. Whilst the location is away from main town (15 minute walk) it is close to a few nice beaches.

The hotel is immaculate. There was 3 of us. We stayed in a suite with a sea view. Amazing. The main bed wasn’t an actual king size, just two twins. Not a problem though. The sofa bed was bigger. The bathroom area was amazing. Dual sinks, great lighting, and separate toilet from shower/bath area. The shower and bath is amazing, there’s a window with a glimpse of the sea. Nice touch. Bath tub for those that like that, my wife used it. The patio was amazing. Comfortable, with plenty of seating. Great views, over looking the sea and the main pool area. Outstanding The room was spacious enough.

We got all-inclusive but its not a true all- Inclusive certain drinks like a simple margarita on the rocks was an additional charge. Room service was outrageous for very mediocre food. Also paid $150 euros for A birthday suprise for husbands bday they did the surprise on the wrong day with the wrong bday message to me instead of my husband ).thats a lot of money for incorrect service. But the cake and meat and cheese board and wine were really nice and the room has a great view and was very clean

Had a great time in Ibiza, but not sure this hotel would classify as five stars as advertised. The food was amazing, beds were comfortable, and poolside service was great, but the showers in both of our rooms leaked out into the bathroom area every time you showered, and many of the staff seemed confused about how the resort worked/what time things opened & closed- and it was difficult to get deck chairs by the pool and dinner reservations. Between the hours of 5 and 7 PM there’s no food available on the resort property at all. All of these things could be worked around and handle easier if there was clear communication upfront about how soon in advance you need to book your food, reserve your chairs, and plan ahead. There was an app we downloaded, but it was missing some information and would not let us book reservations for our entire party for dinner at the same time. We just felt a little disoriented the first two days there. Otherwise had a great time.
