Had a great time in Ibiza, but not sure this hotel would classify as five stars as advertised. The food was amazing, beds were comfortable, and poolside service was great, but the showers in both of our rooms leaked out into the bathroom area every time you showered, and many of the staff seemed confused about how the resort worked/what time things opened & closed- and it was difficult to get deck chairs by the pool and dinner reservations. Between the hours of 5 and 7 PM there’s no food available on the resort property at all. All of these things could be worked around and handle easier if there was clear communication upfront about how soon in advance you need to book your food, reserve your chairs, and plan ahead. There was an app we downloaded, but it was missing some information and would not let us book reservations for our entire party for dinner at the same time. We just felt a little disoriented the first two days there. Otherwise had a great time.

I visited last year with the same group of friends and had an incredible time. This year there were some disappointing changes. Last year there was more varied entertainment, including drummers interacting with the guests, dancers and dj’s playing longer than an hour at a time. Still a good stay however it went from incredible to good!

Another Fabulous stay at TRS!

Have stayed here once before, and will be returning again! Everything about this hotel is amazing. Definitely recommend going all inclusive. Only thing I would say is we were only there for 2 nights, and wanted to do a restaurant each night - the butler wasn’t very helpful in accommodating our request in this which meant we missed out.

bait and switch

despite booking a room with a king sized bed 6 months in advance, we arrived to find 2 twin beds pushed together. I was charged the full price of the stay before seeing this. i brought it to their attention within minutes of entering our room, and they said they would bring a mattress cover to make it effectively into a king size bed. hours later it wasn't done and we asked again... and again. we had to spend a night of our anniversary trip on adjacent twin sized beds. the next day we nagged them all day and eventually later that evening they addressed this. i also found you had to ask repeatedly to have your room cleaned/ turned down. the whole common space in the hotel is not air conditioned, which I really would expect in an upscale hotel in Ibiza during summer (it was over 30 degrees and humid) the building is a bit run down the pool was admittedly great in terms of vibe and set up. food was good. bar service was ok but slow. overall, i've stayed at a lot of hotels and i just dont think these people are providing quality service. and the dishonesty in terms of charging me for one room and then giving me a different one is really shameful.

Sadly our air conditioning in the room did not work , the snack bar food at Oi Bar was disappointing , the breakfast options were good and tasty tho... overall needs more staff and better training for the team, however the deluxe room / sea view was lovely apart from the AC not working.

The staff were really friendly. Lovely rooms and grounds. It would have got 5 stars if there was more storage space in the bedrooms and the food at breakfast was hotter.
