Old village house dating from the 19th century ideally located in the heart of the village.

Just 20 m from the shops in the village center, 100 m from the port with its bars and restaurants, 50 m from the daily market square (voted the most beautiful market in FRANCE ...) and less than 400 m from the most large sandy beach nearby ...

A box is at your disposal at 600 m and just at the entrance of the village center area. The house is located in a pedestrian zone, so no risk for children and this guarantees a very appreciable calm ... (However, it is possible to advance your car to the house to load / unload ...)
The house is therefore located in a small alley in the heart of the village, just next to the city theater and facing SOUTH.
It consists of an entrance which overlooks the fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge, Gas hob ...) and open to the living room with dining area equipped with a beautiful fireplace and exposed beams (total area for approximately 30m2).
A staircase serves the two floors bringing together the three bedrooms and, at its base on the ground floor, a shower room (equipped with a washing machine) plus a separate WC.
On the 1st floor, the landing leads to a large master bedroom of over 15m2 overlooking the alley with a large 160x200 bed and its cupboards, then a second small bedroom of around 8m2 with a 140x190 bed plus cupboard.
On the 2nd floor, a beautiful attic room of more than 15m2 equipped with two 90X190 single beds (or large 180x190 bed on request) and equipped with cupboard and wardrobe.
