The place is beautiful with a pool, teenis court, and gym. Service was immaculate. The rooms spaciuos and confortable. Anyone visitong San Pedro Sula has to stop here and experience the amazing service. P.S. the food was fantastic also. 😍😍😍😍

Let the adventure begin

I wish I could have stayed longer! We landed in San Pedro at 10:30pm and stayed at the hotel into morning Before heading to Roatán. Very nice! The hotel arranged for airport shuttle pick up, and then a personal driver to Telamar, for a separate fee. The breakfast in the main hall, was really good. Fresh with variety. Everyone was nice, professional and attetive and oscar spoke English!. Pretty grounds, wish we could come back for the pool. We flew in from NYC!

I have stayed at this hotel before and that’s why I booked again for my stay. However, this time my room located on first floor was outdated, even the hair dryer was like from the 80s and didn’t even do its job , it felt musty and looked dirty. Definitely, it needs an upgrade since Copantl has been around for decades. I must give 100% on dining options and buffet.

I was at floor 4. The rooms have not sound proof at all. You can hear absolutely everything. The swing pool bathrooms (toilets) were very dirty. When I went out, a very nice lady was cleaning the boy’s bathroom though. It was morning, when they open the pool at 10:00am. They should have clean the bathrooms before 10:00am. Cleaning the bathroom at the same time you are opening them for the public brings this kind of bad review on cleanliness. Besides those two things above, everything else was great! Oh, the Chusquerria restaurant at the top of the hotel is excellent! Highly recommend.
