Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The resort can arrange regional flights for guests; approximately USD 170 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute water taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. Quite location with quick golf cart access to great dining and this is about as close as you can get to staying near town and getting to secret beach. We didnt get to use them because of the weather, but the free resort access to the kayaks that you can take out to the reef for free snorkeling is maybe the best option on the island, right after the 2 for 1 $6 rum punches at the swim up bar. Say hi to Tua for me. A golf cart rental is a must for getting around if you are staying anywhere on Caye Ambergris (San Pedro).

Very nice comfortable property. Incredibly nice staff. We really like Tua and Freddie the bartenders. Not only were they on the ball with drinks for adults and kids, they delivered food to the rooms and the bar. Such nice people. Rooms were quite nice and very clean. The pull out bed wasn’t too comfy but the queen bed was alright. Beautifully maintained property, very manicured and clean. Pool is lovely. Great place to stay. Tuff e Nuff tours is off the dock and James was Amazing to snorkel with. No beach access because the sargassum was so bad, can swim by the end of the dock. 15 min cart ride from down town, and Secret Beach which was nice and clear water.

The pool and pier were some of the most amazing spots to relax. Only complaint is that this time of year is when there are massive amounts of seaweed washing up on shore… but, nothing to do with the resorts abilities…

This is an amazing property! The pool is gorgeous! The only small quibble is the fact that there is not a restaurant on site, but you order food from the sister resort next door. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. Caren and Seleny will help you book restaurants and excursions, and they are fabulous! We had two snorkeling tours with Tuff-E-Nuff tours that leave right from the resort dock. Ivar, Sherry, and Ash will show you the absolutely best time! We had a golf cart, and we were 20 minutes away from town, or 30 mins from Secret Beach. Perfect! I would book here again in a heartbeat!

Pool and bar were nice to relax after daily activities. Excursions left right from the hotel's dock. (Tuff E Nuff guys were fantastic!) Could use soster-properties restaurant and facilities. We were in the sea front upper and it was great. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Nice pool and amenities. Allowed us to check out late in one of the four rooms we booked. Cons: Location is far up north of the Island which adds 30 mins to an already long journey to Ambergris Caye. Facilities are dated and bedroom door would not open fully without loud screeching noise. Shower needs renovating. Food is subpar and expensive. Staff ordered more food than we ordered but forced me to pay the bill for which I could not refuse. Personally brought 4 families to the hotel but they not would not offer me a dime in relief for a mistake that was due to miscommunication and certainly no fault of mine.
