The room was in good condition, The carpets in the hallways appeared old and not very clean, The people manning the desk were all very good and helpful. They immediately responded to our requests and assisted us with connecting with Uber and visiting Old San Juan. I thought the room rate was rather high?

It’s terrible, the air conditioning was leaking water, the room smells like mold, they was being very rude when you ask them to take out the trash, the towels and sheets was dirty.
