Horrible to take big luggage, only stairs for upper floors. Hard to find it because it is a jewelry and no big sign to identify it

Many many stairs. Very small, bare bones rooms in a boutique hotel. 3 stars due to the well placed location. Good for a quick stay, I wouldn't stay again unless desperate.

The simplicity of the check in and out, super clean, most of all the walking distance to everything you need. I can't get over the location, cleanest and simple access. Is not a fancy place is cute is clean and it has what you need.

Love the location it’s so easy to get to places. so cute as well only thing is it is in the middle of old San Juan so it does get a little loud at night. Loved the housekeeping lady she was so sweet. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great stay , in the mist of everything. The property is beautiful and kept very clean. The staffs assisted and were very friendly. My husband and I have no complaints, we will be revisiting soon again.
