A very quaint and pretty hotel. The location was great. Right in the centre of Old San Juan. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Have already booked another stay next year.

Really pretty and well kept suite. Got the suite with the balcony which of course would have noise but wasnt thinking much about that - thankfully it was a Sunday so the noise didnt go too late into the night. They did have the Football Championship games on the tv for free and other good programming. Had filtered water available for drinking and a filter on the showerhead. Only 3 pillows but was a very comfy bed and lots of ports by the bed for charhing. They allowed us to store our luggage in their jewelry shop downstairs before and after checkin/out. Very accomodating and easy to walk around the area.

This is very cozy studio room in the heart of Old San Juan with many nearby restaurants, clubs, jewelry stores, and town plazas. It’s a lovely property with a beautiful roof top terrace where you can sunbathe and take in the area if Old San Juan and the San Juan Bay. Two thumbs up !

NO elevator and each floor is 2 flight of stairs. Had to carry up luggage up 6 flights. They should inform guests about this. The room was very very old and dated. Some areas were delapidated. It was clean though. Since this is the "Old San Juan" maybe all the properties may be like this do your research.

A great location and good value!

Our experience for a 1 night stay at Navona was actually better than expected. We booked it because of the location and reasonable price. We flew in for a cruise and wanted to spend a day in San Juan before departing on the cruise. The location is fabulous...right in the heart of Old San Juan in walking distance to everything we wanted to see as well as great F&B Options. The room was small and the bed was a double [not a queen], as we knew in advance. Our room was very quiet and clean. Our only complaint about the room was luke warm water in the shower and sink. TV was nice with great U.S. Channel selection. Bed comfort OK. As we exited the Cab from the airport, we were immediately met by our Host who was in the neighboring Jewelry store who was very nice and explained the key system to access the front door and our room. There is NO Elevator so you have to carry luggage to your room!! Luckily, we are both still able to do so, but this would be problematic for many people so just be aware. Yes, I would book it again, but would make sure to request Room 15, which was quiet and other visitors shared that their rooms were noisy because they were on the street side of the Studio.

Overall, a very good experience. I’d stay here again. No elevators so you have to lug your suitcases up stairs. Showers are more towards glamping. Bathroom is very small. Very nice check in.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. One before the cruise and one after. But after the first night stay, we started looking for another place too stay when we got back from our cruise. Our room was right off the main street and it was noisy, which we were somewhat okay with. Put it about 3 o'clock in the morning, a huge group of drunk people came in and started screaming and baking on walls. No one was there to contact or do anything about it, and it was just awful until one of them realized they were on the wrong floor. Then I asked the maid where to put my key. She just asked.what room we were in. She went upstairs and my husband was still in the room trying to get and she started cleaning our room. We hadn't evening finished getting all of our stuff out, just because she knew we were checking out. We pay close to $200 for the first night. A $150 for the second and I'm willing to forfiet that just to make sure that we're in a better hotel whe n we get bac. 4.5 Is extremely exaggerated? On the reviews and the only reason why I booked this place. Plus beware, there's no elevator you have to pack all your luggage up and downstairs, and it's 3 short flights to each floor.

Property was easy to find and has great location. We had a balcony(more of a window as you can’t step into balcony) room on 3rd floor which is manageable with luggage. You can hear passing cars overnight so some may call it noisy but I was fine with it, there is also a interior room option which may be quieter. Room itself was clean and had bare minimum amenities, no coffee, water, iron etc. it had a mini fridge and tv. Bathroom was small but clean. Water pressure in shower was so weak that it took me 20 minutes to take shower which normally takes 5. I didn’t like one bit that there was only one soap to take shower or use for washing hands. Overall if you are desperate to just sleep over night for a budget price in the heart of old city this is a-okay!

Great location. Be aware that there's no elevator so you will need to carry luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs. No frills place at a bargain place. Also, there is extremely limited parking in the area so you're better off without a car.

Very basic hotel, clean, but no hot water. Had to carry luggage up 6 flights, which was ok for us, but would be a problem for older guests. No climate control in room. Extremely loud street noise which resulted in little to no sleep.
