The common areas are very well kept. You can hear the take off of planes, but it is very short. If you don't want to go out to eat, they have a few items for purchase. The staff saved me a few $$ by letting me know of an extra reservation that wasn't necessary for prompt resolution. No elevator but they can accommodate (only 2 fls) you. I recommend this hotel.

We loved this place so much!! Everyone was nice the bedroom was big clean and the AC worked great. The pool was perfect. Perfect location. We are recommending this hotel to friends and hoping to stay again our next visit. We stood in room 105 an it was amazing. Thank You to everyone that works there we will be back!!

The property is pretty good. 2 minutes from the beach and right in the street where everything is at. The staff is friendly and professional. Just wish the hotel had carpet as it’s easy for your feet to get dirty especially coming from the beach.

Most of the staff were not so friendly one of the girls at the desk told another staff member that she did not want to check us in she thought because she spoke Spanish I wouldnt understand her but I did understand her I just didn't mention it..she seen my expression changed so she changed hers but it was too late I already felt uncomfortable.. the cleaning staff is great but the people at the front desk don't greet you coming in or out it was only one lady who was very friendly I wish I can remember her name.

The property was convenient to shopping, the beach and even the grocery store. Ubering to d San Juan was quick and affordable. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
