This property needs improvement. I asked for a blanket and to date, the receptionist has not taken it. The room was dirty and the kitchen breakfast was just not good enough. The kitchen was dirty and the property had mosquitos on it.

This was such a wonderful place to stay and very affordable. My husband and I only stayed one night (we joined extended family at an airbnb for the rest of the trip) but we kept saying we wished we had booked a full trip there. The location was excellent, staff were so kind and helpful (also available 24/7). The rooms were amazing. I booked a 2 bedroom suite to get some snoreless sleep and it was excellent. Facilities were good. The courtyard was very pleasant, great place to relax and read. We did not have trouble with parking out front - there were only a few spaces, but I dont think many other residents had cars when we were there because there was always an available spot.

I love this place, it’s near to anywhere, walking distance to La placita de santurce for dancing. And only $10 uber to old San Juan. Like 5 minutes walking to the beach.

The room was spacious and clean, staff was extremely friendly and wasted no time in assisting us on the few occasions we needed it. Slightly noisy but that was to be expected in the area where the hotel is located. The painting of the topless woman over our bed was a personal favorite of ours.
