The hotel was super nice and it was our first time being in the Aloft Hotel near the facilities of Distrito T-Mobile. But the A/C of the room was a let down because it didn’t get colder and was making us sweat while sleeping.

I really can’t complain about this place. Our flight got canceled and this was a last minute booking and we were treated very well. Room was ready two hours before checking and was very clean. We got two welcome drinks plus a $35 credit to spend on food or drinks. Definitely recommend 👍

The stay was amazing. I was really comfortable. There were shuttles to the beach and old San Juan. Easily manageable to get to other locations. I loved every bit of it. The staff and amenities were awesome as well. Will definitely stay here again when I go back.

Beautiful location however the hotel could use better cleanliness. First walking through the door into lobby the carpets were really dirty and smelled of mildew. The rooms smelled like it was humid and mildewy.

Great location

Great location! Great restaurants at walking distance. Staff is super friendly. We chose this hotel for the day prior to our flight home after traveling all over the island and we wished we added an extra night at Aloft.
