The service was absolutely wonderful, employees constantly ready to help. Although in my opinion for how much they charge a night I think the conditions of the hotel could be better. The room I stayed in has a broken toilet paper holder. The toilet water would leak whenever I flushed the toilet. Certain wings of the hotel looked abandoned or untaken care of. All in all the food and the customer service was lovely but the company needs to take some action in taking care of their places because it’s embarrassing to make that much money and not invest it in yourself.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson San Jose! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. I loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, it felt like a little escape in the city. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, and the pool area was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at the raddison. The included breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient to downtown, about a 15 min walk to the main area. The beds and room were very comfortable and so was our stay. The pools were very cool

A little piece of heaven.

This place is located within walking distance from the very center of San Jose City. The property is beautiful. The dining area is airy and overlooks a super nice garden, where the pool and jacuzzi, are also located. The rooms are big and clean. They also have a nice little ‘gym’. The breakfast is included with your stay, and for a vegan, there are plenty of options to choose from, from fresh fruit to their local ‘pinto’ meal! And the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
