It was a very rundown place. We asked the receptionist Krishna as to how he expects us to stay in such a place. He said because we booked through Hotels.com, there was nothing he could do. He asked us to take our grief to you guys. Hotels.com should have never recommended this place. We trust your website to help us finding a good place but this was so bad. I am so disappointed. I have booked many times with you guys and now I am doubtful.

False advertisement

The hotel is in extremely poor shape No Hot water Lots of roaches dead and alive Lights broken Stained bed sheets, pillow cases and towels very unsanitary The staff couldn’t do much the whole building falling apart lots of sketchy people. Only thing good was the location to Levi stadium. Would not recommend for families. For people who need and bed and toilet and that’s it.

Trash on desk with drink cups; trash around property, very unclean. Told me someone would come to clean in 5 to 10 mins. No one came even after 9 am in the morning. Cocroches in room. Mold in tub. No hot water. Only break fast is small muffins and orange juice.

Its a DUMP. The worst, durtiest motel I have ever stayed...There are roaches in the room. Very suspicious people hanging outside, police rounds often. For 9 days I stayed my room was never cleaned. No TV remote. Fire detector torn from the ceiling in the room. There is a barricade outlines parking lot, bihind it people dump staff right on the ground - old mattresses, trash, ect. I was scared to leave any ellectronics in thr room, always in a car with me when away... Awful, stay away if you can

The worst experience I’ve ever had, I left immediately upon entering (which injured my shoulder just to open the door) and only got a 50% refund from an extremely rude staff member who I was polite to. Never ever support this chain.

There were a variety of cockroaches and bugs that visited both nights I was there, no sofa bed in rooms, no hot water, no wifi, inaccurate listing, smoke detector disabled, toilet ran all night. All 3 of us broke out in a rash from sheets. Loud Neighbor banging on my door, yelling " let me in" , people begging for cigarettes, breakfast was dry muffins , Complained and showed pictures and videos of cockroaches and was compensated a $20 inconvenience refund, gross.

Hotels.com should delist super 8 Wyndham

Regretted booking this , not sure why Hotels .com is listing it , room doors don’t work , trash everywhere worst dirty stains on bedsheets and toilets was not working, only relief was able to quickly book another hotel and got refund
