The customer service on arrival was poor, not welcoming at all. Didnt advise of anything, such as the bagel bar ir coffee. Only gave me 1 key when there was two of us. Room was average, poor water pressure and hot temperature.

Great room, comfortable and clean. I would have given it a five star but they advertise thwt they have a shuttle service. I booked a disabled room for my parents who need it transportation to the airpor. Their "shuttle" is an UBER it was rough to get a car that woukd accommodate my father and his wheelchair.

The room as very clean and I loved being able to use my phone as the remote control. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I loved the qr code options for tipping as well.Teddy Bear was the best thing about the visit!!

It was really the worst experience The front desk person really did not care. We had no bedding and he was not even able to provide pillows. They have a coffee station with coffee that they said had run out first thing in the morning Not sure why this hotel has a Hilton logo
