Overall it's good value for the money. The hotel claims to be four star but that's ridiculous. It's more two or three star. The rooms are fine but very basic. The full breakfast is outstanding.

There are better options

We emailed asking for an airport pickup. Admittedly, when I didn’t hear back I should have called but I didn’t. I called on arrival in San Jose. The lady who answered the phone checked the email and said she saw my email request but it was too late so we would need to pay $25 for a shuttle. A taxi was $20. The lady was unapologetic and quite rude she was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a man there as well and he was much nicer. The room was dirty, with a lot of hair and other stuff under the beds. The beds were not completely. It is far from the airport. I would not recommend staying here. There are better options closer to the airport. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this property. One positive thing was the lady at the front desk at checkout- she was very kind and helpful.

Clean and air conditioning worked in rooms.However rooms were small as well as the beds. Staff was nice some spoke and understood English. Breakfast was very good. Priced very affordable walking distance for food.

We were able to check in early, that was very appreciated because we left before 6 AM so we were able to go do things around SJ versus waiting around for our room. Very easy to book a room and to get transportation to the airport early. Thank you staff!

There is a lot of noise from the streets all night long! Bathroom is outdated. You can hear noise from the other rooms clearly in your room. Not sure if anything can be done about the noise? Good breakfast! Small gym good enough for a quick workout. Nice staff!

Great hotel to start our road trip after a late arrival. Free parking at hotel. Rooms are clean and all functions as it should. Great breakfast to start your day.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, limpias, cómodas y útiles, el desayuno lo necesario para empezar un día, el precio muy accesible, sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, alquilamos 2 habitaciones (521 y 522) en la habitación 521 se tomaron el tiempo de registrar un bolso con cosméticos y cremas de mi esposa y sustrajeron un perfume Vulgari omnia Cristaline, en muchos años de viajes realizados jamás habíamos tenido un percance así, considero que guardar ese tipo de cosas en la caja fuerte no es necesario, aunque está claro que en este hotel si es necesario. La respuesta de la gerente de turno el día 17 de abril fue absurda hasta infantil, al aseverar que le había preguntado al personal de limpieza si habían tomado el perfume y que le respondieron que no, Por Dios! Nadie en su sano juicio va a reconocer haberse robado algo de un cliente en una habitación de hotel, esto es completamente desagradable ya que como repito hemos estado en varios hoteles y por lo mismo dejamos con confianza en la habitación cosas que jamás debieron ser tocadas, honestamente no recomiendo este hotel específicamente. Pues por escoger un precio “barato” salió más caro el daño, el mal momento y la falta de profesionalismo del personal
