I prepaid for the room two days before my arrival. When I arrive, they told me that the room was gonna be ready at 3 o’clock when I arrive. They told me that I had to wait until 4 o’clock because the room was not ready. 4 o’clock came around and they told me that the room would not be ready till 5 o’clock. Very frustrating.

Nice suite with enough amenities of home. Good size fridge and just enough kitchen space. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. The only thing that was a negative was that I was awakened in the middle of the night by someone’s dog. (This is a pet friendly place.) I didn’t think about hearing someone’s dog screaming and whining.

Very clean rooms, we had two, both very nice. Staff were great, took hotel van to the airport, very nice driver. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the water, the bay trail runs in back.
In back of the hotel, the bay trail is that path, bikers, runners, walkers, dog walkers.

Although interiors are renovated, the building itself is old. There is not much noiseproofing, you can hear everything (footsteps, tv, talking) going on upstairs. Also there is a loud train passing right behind the hotel every 5 minutes. Make sure you book the bayview rooms to avoid the train noise
