Todo está muy bien , los baños un poco antiguos pero en general todo muy bien , la chica de los masajes es una maga me quito el dolor del nervio ciático , lo único poco mal es que se escucha mucho cuando tienes huéspedes enseguida .

What really made this hotel stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. The room itself was spotless and very well equipped, showing the same level of care and attention. The hotel also has a small pool and convenient parking, which were nice touches. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace. It has comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm breeze. Overall, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay, but it’s the wonderful staff who really make it memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness are what set this place apart.

The hotel is incredibly outdated & the rooms desperately need a renovation. I had no hot water! And when I unplugged my phone charger the entire outlet pulled out of the wall

This place is so unique and beautiful but there were also so many small annoyances. Our rating reflects the disparity between our expectations booking a boutique resort that touts offering a luxury experience (at a much higher than average price point for the area) and the actual experience we had. Pros: The grounds are beautiful and appear as shown in the photos. The staff is polite, friendly, and attentive. The theming of the resort is unique with elements including the rooms themselves designed to mimic bird’s nests as also reflected in the name of the restaurant (Nido is nest in Spanish), and the naming of each room after a local bird. K’u also means nest in the Mayan language. The design blends nicely into the local environment. The food that we had from the restaurant was good with the chef and kitchen staff at dinner doing a particularly good job with the food and presentation. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was generally very good with exceptions noted below. Cons: Here we will itemize our long list of small annoyances. Extra costs: There is a “no external food or drink” policy at the resort. Onsite food and drink costs that were considerably higher than average. The drinks in particular were expensive. If you bring outside alcohol the resort charges a $500 peso uncorking fee to have it on property. It should also be noted that my husband’s coffee was consistently brought to him at room temperature.
