Business Money Saver

Business trip that required being near the Henry Gonzalez Convention Center. Room was clean. 5 Stars given for proximity to the convention center which saved A LOT of money. Used Ubers to get around which was super easy and not that expensive. We used room only to sleep.

Place is close to Riverwalk and the Alamo, they charge you for the parking lot which I think it's absurd if you are staying in the hotel. Room floor was dirty but beds are comfortable. There are too many homeless around the area, but the hotel is cheap and you get what you pay for.

My room was clean but the stench inside and around the facility was horrendous. It smelled like nothing but sewage around the whole place. Also,I had to cross the street to check in from the actual hotel I was staying in...they have two facilities but they're separated from one another,one office. If a problem occurred,you'd have t cross a busy intersection just for a staff member to help you. Also my door wouldn't lock from inside,so that made me extremely nervous. I had left for the day,thinking the housekeeping would have given me fresh sheets and cleaned up the room,throw out the small trash I had,but that didn't happen. I came back to nothing but my bed being touched. Bed was made up half ass like literally,and they just threw the pillows there. This place is the most disgusting and trashy hotel I've ever encountered. And to make things worse,when I came back later in the evening after the "housekeeping" was finished with my room,I couldn't get back in,my key wouldn't work. So there I go walk back across the street to the hotel clerk to help me,I walk up and there's no one there. I call....no pick up. So I just stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to assist me. The hotel clerk finally comes in,I tell him my card doesn't work. He doesn't apologize for keeping me waiting or for my room key not working. He reactivates my key,I ask him if he sure it will work?? He looks at me and says I don't know?? This was just bad,so dont waste your money.

Location was good but that is about all it has going for it. When we booked the king suite said it sleeps 4 but when we got there it had only one bed, no sofa couch, no roll away. No way can 4 people sleep there. I know they sweep the rooms, but a good mopping would be great. Can't they hire someone to clean the parking lot? Also no mention of paid parking when booking - $16. I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be going back, have booked a different hotel when we return in February.

Just OK

The room was good other than there was hair in the tub when we checked in and some on the shower walls! The not so white thin towels could use replacement and parts of the coffee pot was missing. The breakfast was substandard- the cereal was stale / no waffles or syrup or fruit available on day 2.

Don’t do it.

The ceiling was falling apart. Our window was located next to a major intersection and vehicles kept us up all night. There was also a man hole cover outside our window and every time someone walked on it we would hear it pop. There was left over pvt hair in the shower. We left night early just to get home and sleep. Horrible stay. Room 201 was bad.

Nasty!!! Hair, what looked to be blood stains on the beds and other areas of the rooms. Unswept!! Mulitple rooms because the guy took us through many of them. Dont think they put new sheets on between guests. Did not stay there because of how gross it was. Still was charged for the night. Very unsatisfied!!

Floor was slanted, nowhere to store clothing, floor in bathroom felt like it was on the brink of breaking and the sheet had a stain even after housekeeping the same sheet was left on the bed with the stain.

❤️Days In Riverwalk ❤️

We stayed a week in San Antonio. Gotta say we enjoyed our stay here. We made it in a little early. So we let them know we were in town. They informed us they had a room ready, it was perfect timing. Housekeeping ladies providing us with clean towels, and a clean room. We didn’t want our room clean everyday, they did every other day. Which was great. Breakfast simple, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt. Coffee was good. Dennys is not far from there. Alamo is close by. We did have to pay for parking $15, a day not bad verses having to pay a lot more anywhere else. We walked everywhere, which was nice. Enjoyed the warm weather. Staff super friendly. Thankful for everyone. Thank you for all that yall do. FYI loved that yall had hot hot water. Lowkey. We will use yall again soon.
