Never again!

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

Good hotel

A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

Had a great time there

My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Ademais o bom atendimento dos recepcionistas, logo no momento do check-in fomos direcionados para um quarto que já estava ocupado, causando constrangimento. Quando retornamos à recepção, sem saber muito o que fazer, a recepcionista pegou três cartões para verificar qual quarto estaria disponível, sendo somente no terceiro essa disponibilidade, os outros estavam ocupados igual ao primeiro. Ingressando no quarto e ao tomar o primeiro banho, fomos surpreendidos com uma inundação no quarto, fato que após comunicado à recepcionista, fizemos uma nova troca de alojamento. Além disso, na frente do hotel existem dois bares, e todos os dias que lá estivemos tiveram shows que só paravam as três da manhã, sendo que a acústica das janelas e quartos são péssimas, parecia que o som Estava dentro do quarto de tão alto. Viajamos com nossa filha de 1 ano, gato que se agravou ainda mais. Por fim, a piscina interditada com características de lodo e limo.

Péssima experiencia. Na chegada ja foi difícil da recepção achar minha reserva, perguntando se eu sabia data e hora de quando tinha sido feita, nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel. O estado do quarto era bem mais ou menos, alem de barulhento devido a transito e musica ao vivo. Estava limpo, mas tudo manchado ou enferrujado. Mas o pior de tudo foi no checkout. Tivemos que sair 3:30 da manhã pra ir pro aeroporto. Chegando na recepção o recepcionista estava simplesmente dormindo no sofá, tive que chamar e cutucar ele varias vezes pra acordar. Fiz o checkout e disse que ia sair com o carro. Ele chamou alguem no radio pra abrir o portão do estacionamento, mas ninguém apareceu. Provavelmente dormindo tb. Por fim, quase 20min de atraso e o recepcionista teve que arrombar o cadeado pq ninguém apareceu pra abrir. Nao recomendo para absolutamente ninguém. Total falta de respeito e profissionalismo da equipe desse hotel. Checkout feito 15/12/25 as 3:30 da manhã. Sugiro uma conversa com os funcionários desse turno.
