The Kimball was nice. Great location.. older furnishings. The one suggestion I would make is for the property to have the coffee room open before 9:00 a.m. so that people who are traveling could have access to a cup of coffee in the morning before they leave.

Was notified by front desk folks that there was a problem with the A/C prior to my arrival. They graciously provided a solution, as well as facilitated after-hours access to the property and key. Room and property are superb. Steps to Temple Square and many dining and shopping options. Full kitchen and suite was more than I expected. Clean and well-appointed fitness center and laundry facilities make the Kimball my new go-to hotel when in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend!
