The room was clean but it smells bad although it's clean. Love the shower though. Water in the faucet was excellent I enjoyed it everytime I take a bath. They alao have a very nice pool and hot spa. My husband and my son enjoyed it. The Breakfast was the highlight! We enjoyed the breakfast taste really good.

I enjoyed the French toast and eggs, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. There was also potatoes, cereal and other items. The breakfast staff was always busy refilling items and very pleasant. I enjoyed the large jetted tub in the one bedroom room . Staff was helpful and friendly

Breakfast was decent, though the juices are so watered down it's essentially flavored water. Location is decent, not in the downtown core, but relatively close and only a 5 minute walk to the Courthouse TRAX. Staff remains very friendly, and the place is clean. TV entertainment is very sparse, however, with only Netflix and Paramount (if you have your own pay account) and the most basic Direct TV (literally only about 25 channels total). My only major complain, however, is a big one. The bed in our King Executive (Room 235) is so old that we "sunk" into it and it was very uncomfortable. Given the entire point of a hotel stay is your sleeping arrangement, this is unacceptable. If a manager happens to read this, please replace the mattress in Room 235 immediately. It's shot.

Airport shuttle is convenient and easy. Breakfast is basic, need some pastries or muffins. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rustic hotel, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, amenities include a pool, hot tub and sauna. Pretty good location, just a short walk to free light rail to city center, overall a good stay.

The Crystal Inn downtown Salt Lake is a very nice property. It is well maintained clean has a great staff and excellent buffet for breakfast beautiful clean rooms. I will highly recommend a stay at The Crystal Inn to anyone in the future
