This hotel is our go to when we visit Salt Lake for medical appointments. Its location makes it easy to reach the U of U medical facilities. Always nice accommodations and good breakfast!

When we travel from Idaho to watch Utah Jazz basketball, we have used this hotel several times. Reasonable rates, clean/accomodating, and back entrance is only 4 city blocks from venue.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and provided any need help. Room was very clean, just had a slightly odd smell.. We got used to it after a while, but everything else was great! Free parking and good location in the city!

Good overall stay

Good hotel! I stayed for 3 days for a conference and it was a good stay. Well located and had nice breakfast to offer. Plus quite considerate staff and honor some of my requests. Their security hear ‘Scott’ was a great guy. I was waiting for a can in the morning for convention center (where my conference was). He offered me a lift to the place as he was also security in charge there and was heading there. Quite courteous and friendly staff!

Great place to stay in SLC

Staff was pleasant and attentive. Room was good size with enough room to eat and relax not in the beds. Beds were hard and lumpy but room was well kept. Location was adequate for walking around downtown and to/from arena & events center.

We only stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. The front desk agent was friendly and professional and gave us an option to choose which floor we would like to be on. He also scheduled a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was really good and well stocked. The hotel was clean. The staff that I interacted with were very nice and pleasant. The only complaint I had was the bed wasn't very comfortable. Judging by the sagging edges (which made me feel like I was going to fall out of bed) its about time to replace the mattresses. I'd certainly stay there again.
