Main Office was located down a hallway--I do value personal, front office service--and a little hard to locate in spite of signage. Otherwise, this was an excellent facility with responsive shuttle service to and from the airport.

Road trip

Check in was quick and easy. Clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Remodeling of the lobby going on, but property was clean and well kept. And we like the free breakfast. Most of the larger chain hotels don’t do that anymore, breakfast is usually charged for. We will stay here again.

I was not informed that construction was going on! The front lobby was being worked on! When I checked n at 3pm the noise level was off the charts! I was told they would stop at 5pm. They did, but unfortunately I got no rest for a family function between 3-5. In addition, there was no cell phone service inside the building so I could not text my husband to let him know which room I was in! I had to go outside of the building and walk down the street to get service! The carpeting in the hallways was filthy…
