Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast could have offered better variety. However the directions that I clicked off the Expedia confirmation email were not to a hotel it brought us to a random house. And the hotel said that has happened before according to other guests.

The staff was nice, but the facilities were a bit disappointing. I was under the impression that the fitness center was open 24/7, but it was closed, same with the pool. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was stained, and there was dim lighting. Stay here if you need a cheap place, but don't expect a nice place.

First room had a funky smell, but was immediately given another room that was just fine. It had a large bathroom that was clean with a tub/shower combo. Bed was comfortable. No sign of insects of any kind. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, eggs, yogurt, pastries and toast

Clean room and comfortable bed, but the temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated greatly during a shower and sometimes came out hot enough to burn skin, so caution was used at all times. This is a handicap room! Not sure how someone in a wheelchair could ever reach the shower head wand? Because if you don't actually hold the wand, the water goes everywhere and over your head? Plus for handicap rooms, the lines beneath the sink are not wrapped for protection. The temp of the water could get them sued if a child gets scaulded from it. We told them at the front desk, but not sure if they have fixed that. Hope they did!

Terrible! When you first walk in, beautiful lobby, terrible customer service, very unfriendly. On your way to the room, hotel smelled, was old and worn with cracks, broken pieces of wall and debris, ancient popcorn ceiling panels. The room was actually decent with a comfortable bed but bathroom was a mess, leaking water from bathtub and sink, stained on walls and bathtub, cracks everywhere. Breakfast was terrible! Watery eggs, sour taste of sausage, old cereal, even the packaged danish tasted weird, only edible was yoplait yogurt and coffee. Had eat elsewhere. Again, unfriendly morning staff. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Cleaning lady was real nice and respectful. Staff was actually really accommodating and although facilities in house were down they allowed us to use facilities across the parking lot at the other hotel.

Basic breakfast, nothing appetizing. Customer service was the best thing about this hotel. I would not stay here again though as it wasn't clean enough, too noisy and breakfast underwhelming.
