The staff were amazing. Kind, friendly and accommodating. Especially the door men and housekeeping and front desk. Appreciated all the help they offered. One thing to note, having the bathroom light outside of the bathroom was not the best in the middle of the night with four people trying to sleep. All in all a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying here, love the location and the room was very nice, really appreciated the early check in and the upgrade! So convenient if you’re going to the Bell Centre. High marks to Ariel for his advice on restaurants and directions! He was very helpful and friendly.
