They don’t provide coffee machine and electric kettle in the room.
One of day, we arrived a bit late in the morning, and most of the breakfast items were almost gone. We asked the staff if they could refill some of the food, but they said there was nothing left. It was a little disappointment.
We had questions and asked at the front desk, the staff responded rather coldly, which didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming.
