Great location to explore St Florent and the Cap de Corse

Fantastic views of the coast, vineyards and the mountains. Lovely apartment which was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the stroll through the vineyard into the village.

Superbe triple vue (mer, vignes, montagnes), environnement calme, relativement proche du village (20 à 25 mn à pied par le bord de mer ou en traversant les vignes), appartement bien équipé (manque néanmoins un store banne sur la terrasse ?), salle de bain un peu "sombre", sinon RAS, bien sûr à recommander.

Vue incroyable sur le golf de Saint Florent,les vignes et les sommets du Nebbiu.

Visite de Saint Florent. Détente et baignade plage de Roya. 2 sessions course/trail pour moi sur le sentier du littoral et les pistes du désert des Agriates. Journée plages cristallines des Agriates : dépôt Lotu en bateau : baignade avant 09H00 et l’arrivée du monde puis sentier du littoral à pied jusqu’à Saleccia et enfin retour en taxi boat (attraction à part entière) au port de Saint Florent. Après midi plage de Nonza : sable et galets noirs, remontée dans le village par les marches d’escalier et superbe coucher de soleil au pied de la tour Paoline. Et enfin bref aller/retour plage de l’Ostriconi : frontière sud des Agriates

Très bon séjour

Appartement très récent, bien équipé, avec une terrasse très agréable et une vue magnifique. L'endroit est très calme et on peut facilement rejoindre Saint Florent ou la plage d'Olzo à pied. La propreté est irréprochable. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour les départ et arrivée. Location à recommander.

Emplacement de rêve !

Si les photos donnent envie, la réalité est encore plus belle. Cet appartement domine la baie de Saint Florent et offre une vue à couper le souffle ! D'ailleurs, lorsque nous étions sur place, nous avons quasiment passé notre temps sur ce grand balcon dominant la mer ; dans un calme absolu et surprenant compte tenu de la circulation sur la route située à moins d'un kilomètre. Cet emplacement permet également de profiter la nuit de magnifiques ciels étoilés (l'éclairage de la résidence se coupe tard dans la soirée). Au niveau des autres points forts, on notera le soin apporté à l'aménagement de ce bel appartement, avec des meubles de qualité et en parfait état. Pratique également le fait de pouvoir se rendre à pied en un 1/4 d'heure, en longeant les vignes, au centre de Saint Florent. Nous déplaçant avec 2 motos, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le grand garage très propre et fermé mis à notre disposition, Top ! Le seul petit bémol concerne la propreté qui n'était pas irréprochable à notre arrivée dans les sanitaires et la partie cuisine, mais rien de grave en soit. En synthèse, une location de rêve où l'on pourrait mettre une 6ème étoile si elle disposait d'une plancha ou BBQ à gaz et d'une cafetière à capsule ;)

Tolle Lage, großes Panorma. Große Dachterrasse ist super ausgerichtet (Morgensonne bis Sonnenuntergang). Kein Verkehr, allenfalls der Traktor vom kleinen Weingut unterhalb. Eigene Garage. Sogar aus der Dusche etwas Meerblick. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Lokaler hilfsbereiter Betreuer in Nachbarschaft. Gute Bäckerei in Laufweite, kleine Pizzeria und Steinstrand auch. Zustand Wohnung neben Sauberkeit insgesamt über korsischem Standard. Internet 10Mbit Down/1Mbit Up aber auch volle 5G Abdeckung. Zufahrt neu asphaltiert.

L’appartement est totalement conforme à l’annonce. Il est vraiment très fonctionnel et la vue est magnifique! La résidence est très calme et bien placée pour aller à pied à St Florent. Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est grand avec tout ce qu'il faut. La vue est magnifique, la terrasse grande et très agréable. Les literies sont très confortables. Le logement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Les terrasses sont vastes et appréciables pour manger dehors et se détendre sur les transats. L'accès au centre de St Florent est possible à pieds à travers les vignes en 20 mn environ. Le garage est également appréciable pour garder la voiture au frais. La vue sur la mer et les vignes est magnifique.

Location au top du top

Location où nous avons déjà séjourné à deux reprises et ce 3ème séjour nous a encore fait passer un très beau moment. Le calme de l’endroit avec cette vue mer à couper le souffle dans les vignes à deux pas de St Florent sans oublier l’accueil très sympathique. On reviendra les yeux fermés.
