Paid for a family's suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. What we got given was 2 separate rooms with one bed in each room at opposite ends of the hotel. My family had to be separated on our holiday with me and my two sons aged 15 and 6 in one bed. My wife the opposite end of the hotel in a bed with our two daughters aged 16 and 10. Needles to say none of us got much sleep and we kept getting promised that we would get our room we paid for. Two nights of our holiday we spent like this till we got our room but by this point everyone was shattered and it ruined our holiday that we spent a lot of money on. Aside from the room issue the staff were rude and I witnessed two bellman trying to intimidate a guest into giving them a bigger tip. This is the worst run hotel I have ever stayed In.

Hotel lobby over run with people, very slow check in, lobby bellmen disorganized, restaurant food selection was limited, in room dinning ran out of ginger ale. Hotel staff used same elevators as guest with in room dinning, really slowing down elevator traffic.

Easy check in. Brought a fridge immediately. Room was spacious and as advertised. There was an issue with getting the car from valet. But the manager was very attentive and brought us over and handled the situation immediately.

Spacious room, very comfortable for mom, dad and 3 kids. 2 queen beds and oldest slept comfortably on the couch. Large bathroom, large enough for 3 ladies/preteens to all get ready at once. Beds were comfy. Slightly noisy outside. Sirens and horns could be heard easily by 6am. Not the most soundproof hotel I’ve ever stayed in NYC but I would definitely stay again. Great location!
