Dive Tutukaka, coffee and groceries were a short drive away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I booked the room one day in advance through the Expedia app, where it was clearly mentioned that air-conditioning was included. However, when I arrived, there was no air conditioner in the room—only a heater, which made it very uncomfortable as the room became quite warm. The biggest issue was that the room had a very unpleasant smell, which made the stay even worse. Additionally, the TV remote was missing from the room. I tried calling reception using the telephone provided, but it was not working and the call did not go through. On the positive side, the staff was okay and the rest of the hotel was fine. However, the room condition, especially the smell, lack of air-conditioning, and missing basic facilities, really affected my experience.

The pool is not heated so unless it is sunny for a number of days before, it is cool. The area around it looked weathered. Our room was ok but a bit tired. I didn't think it was worth the money I spent on it.

Road noise an issue.

Well maintained rooms, it was clean and tidy fresh towels and face cloths daily. The staff were very polite. Would go back and stay there again worth the amount paid.
