What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Excellent service throughout, very large spacious property but ... 1) our rooms were located on 3rd floor without lifts making it very difficult for older folks with heart & mobility problems. We were not told in advance or offered lower floors. 2) rooms were not cleaned & made up when we left in morning & returned after lunch. 3) both showers were clogged & flooded. Reported morning before we left & nothing was done till we returned & complained again.

Some refurbsihment work was underway in August 2023 when we astayed but we knew about this beforehand and it did not impact our stay. We stayed in a poolside room which was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the food which I would say is 3.5 out of 10 and is quiet expensive. However having said that we would visit again as the inflatable in the main pool is amazing and so much fun
