Very effective HVAC device in the room that was amazing. The location is incredible and the staff was friendly. The room was a disaster. The bathroom sink is not vented properly and horrible smells filled the room. The shower is like 3x3 feet with no curtain so the bathroom gets soaked. There is mold and water damage throughout the bathroom, especially behind where you are supposed to hang your towels as so much humidity is trapped there. The room is RIGHT next to a set of stairs going down to the subway so it is extremely noisy and the subway itself shakes the building until it stops running at 2 or 2:30 in the morning. It may be worth it for the amazing location, but I'm too old for a place like this <3

the site is conveniently located, but unfortunately, I didn't make a good choice, given that it is an old building undergoing renovation, it lacks an elevator, and the bathroom in the room is narrow, uncomfortable, and easy to fall. It is no for people over 70 and it is expensive in relation to the amenities. We highly appreciate Gabriel's kindness and attention.

The room was clean but the area this small hotel was in was the main issue. It is directly next door to the transit service. People hang out all night by the windows and they are loud. It is definitely a shady area. The pillows were hard, the tv has 2 channels and would not connect to wifi and the desk is not manned. You also have to carry luggage up the stairs. Which is hard with heavy luggage. I would not recommend.

My stay was great! Location of this accommodation was super, couldn't have asked for better. It's clean and tidy and they have great customer service. Our room had thin walls, we could hear a baby crying in another room and people talking in the hallway. We were able to hear construction as well in the building in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be your best available option.

Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Walking distance from Termini Station and you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Forum, Coliseum and Fontana Trevi, there is also a Metro station (Cavour) right outside the front door. The Monti area where Nerva is located is a lively and hip part of Rome and the alley when you turn right after coming out of the accommodations is full of boutiques and restaurants that are far enough from the tourist locations to provide an authentic taste of Rome. Prices in Rome can be outrageous and the value for money here seemed to be very good. You could you spend much more and have a more luxurious stay which I have done previously but I came to experience Rome not to sit in my hotel room.
