Fantastic Stay in an Amazing Hotel.

An amazing and well located hotel, within easy reach of all the main attractions. All of the staff go above and beyond to help you in any way they can, they are a true credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good and the rooftop bar offers so quiet space to wind down with a cocktail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Rome to see the sights.

Very nice place convenient to shop some restaurants the staff overall was good, except the manager, Masimo did not care about Customer Service. I understand he was busy running in the business but with Customer Service was zero. And when he decide to help us was very rude

Great location and very good accommodations

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I would stay here again. It’s central to all the major sites. I had a single room, so while small, still had plenty of room for my luggage and had a nice little balcony.

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to be in the center of the older part of Rome. I have stayed here before because of its location, helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, and reasonable price. The rooms are small - at least the ones I book - but comfortable. Because it is an old building each room differs somewhat in size and configuration, something quite normal in older hotels in Italy.

This is a boutique hotel on a small side street just a few blocks off the main Via Arenula and within a few blocks of the Campo de Fiori. The front desk staff was extremely helpful - they arranged for our transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. A buffet breakfast was included at the adjacent cafe. There’s a rooftop bar as well. Great for a drink after a day of exploring. Even though it was in a very busy area, the rooms were quiet. No street noise. The rooms are small, typical of an Italian hotel in an old building, but well appointed, with a decent amount of storage. The bathroom was tiny, but modern. We were very pleased overall.
