Gute Lage, allerdings sind die Zimmer alt geworden, das Badezimmer ist eng (Tür lässt nur teils öffnen) und es riecht etwas muffelig. Der Taxi Service hat auch nicht funktioniert (30min warten und von der rezeptionistin vergessen werden), sodass wir uns selber um eines bemüht haben.

The place is centrally located. You can pretty much walk to all the historical monuments and buildings. Restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars all around. The staff is amazing. They all were very friendly and very helpful. We will be going back to stay at this hotel again when we visit Rome next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet seemed rare in Rome and this one was just right including great coffee. Really appreciated that there were staff on site 24/7 and enjoyed the free tours that they offer as part of the chain. Location was really good, 3mins to Trevi Fountain. 10mins to Pantheon, etc. Staff were really friendly and allowed us to store bags on our last day which was really useful. Would definitely consider a BZAR hotel in future. The price didn't seem more than some very average-looking hotels.

Only good things to say about our wonderful stay

We loved our stay! The staff were amazingly helpful and the location was fantastic. When we were there it was pretty warm and we were a little concerned about the ability of the air conditioner to keep the room cool - no worries it was perfect. Breakfast was also really good.

Rome Hotel City.

Great location, well maintained property. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Room was specious as per the description. Like al these boutique hotels in Rome they come with some quirks which are not a big deal. For this hotel from the street it is not obvious where the lobby is located (no sign). Elevator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor is let’s say interesting, narrow with manual doors you open yourself. A lot of folks might find that quaint, some may struggle. Rooms need to have USB ports installed, this is a very cheap upgrade and what guests expect ie not wasting time having to go out and purchase a converter. But these nuisances aside the hotel is very good.
