Convenient for those needing to stay at the airport, we used for our last two nights in town. Shuttle to airport is free and easy, and runs constantly most of the day. Did not purchase the breakfast buffet, so can not rate that. In short, a functional stay.

This is strictly a one night hotel you stay at to catch a plane. It's extremely overpriced and mediocre. There is nothing even remotely close by to do. No place to eat except their cafeteria where you will pay way, way too much. It served It's purpose for what we needed and the shuttle is the sole reason we stayed as it's only option at 3 a.m. for airport.

Home Bound Hotel

We were only staying there one night to catch our early morning flight home. Hotel was really good. Check in was ok, just wish the guy would of given us a few more details about hotel, for instance, when the restaurant was opening, about their little snack bar area, where to pay after getting a snack, and where elevators were. I had to keep asking at the desk and they were busy so I had to wait for answers. Best thing was that they had hot showers, but be careful in those tubs, get very slippery and may become dangerous.

Went to wrong Hilton first, staff not very helpful. Finally got to correct hotel, it was all by itself. Dinner and breakfast were just okay, not really worth the cost however no other establishments were anyway near.

Our group had two rooms on two different floors and both were very humid / damp. The sheets under the covers felt damp. The bathtub shower has a swinging glass door that lets water out on to the floor. Buffet was pretty good other than the scrambled eggs were flat / no taste. Options on the buffet were good and broad. VERY convenient shuttle to the airport every 15 mins.

The check-in staff weren't rude but not friendly either. Some of the bar and restaurant staff were very nice and some were kind of weird. But the food was surprisingly good! What actually makes this hotel a 3 star property is the beds. The pillows are those terrible super soft pillows that seem to be designed to hold in the maximum amount of heat. My kids slept on the pull out sofa and complained about how uncomfortable the bed sheet was. They slept in pants and long sleeve shirts so their skin didn't touch the sheet. It was bizarre. The shower didn’t drain so after a couple of minutes we got to stand in water up to our ankles. The hotel could stand to have an activity or two for kids to do outside. Me and my 10 year old son went to the grassy area and played with nuts and pine cones. With all that said, the hotel served its purpose of being close to the airport. Oh, but there are no signs or announcements while you're on the bus so you don't really know for sure that you're getting off the bus at the right place.

Excellent hotel close to Rome Airport. Great restaurant in the hotel. Quiet, clean rooms. Helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. It’s a bit hard to find the spot to pick up the shuttle at the airport. That is my only negative comment.

Nice staff

Well make sure you know that you’re at the Hilton Garden and not the other Hilton. We made that mistake along with four other people we all went to the wrong Hilton at the airport. The staff was lovely, I forgot my bag in the restaurant and they called me immediately that theyhad it.

The Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport was great for the “night before our flight” stay. 10 min from the airport with a free shuttle. Harder to grt out to, though - $80 cab ride from Rome Termini
