We were greeted by a very sweet lady and they held our luggage for 4 hours before check in. The room was large and beautiful. We had a huge bed that was very comfortable . Breakfast was full of options. We loved the location and would come back again

Room was very modern and nicely decorated. Included breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful for making taxi arrangement for transfer to airport at 4AM and even provided a takeaway breakfast for us. Location is convenient to both subway and train station.

The room is not that spotless. We had issues on the toilet seat keeps on moving (not safe), informed the staff but we had to wait ( 2 days) till we checked out and it was never been fix. Aircon not working when we checked in on Oct 9 to Oct 12 (2 rooms), but it never been fix. Only 1 electric fan available. Some staff are friendly and some are not. Breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast are all friendly and helpful.

Room itself was fine but no airconditioning. Hot water unavailable. Noise from the street was unacceptable. Neighbourhood is pretty unsavoury. Front desk staff wasn’t much help. The only good things were the closeness of train station, size of room, great breakfast staff and cleaning team.

The room was beautiful, well arranged and perfectly clean. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check- out, and helped us with activities and restaurants. The hotel is amazingly close to Termini, and very convenient for catching the hop-on hop-off bus…. Recommend highly!

Traveled with parents and to discover, coats, BP machine, prescriptions were stolen is why i rated this hotel as terrible. I can deal with the noisy city because NYC is the same. We suspect the cleaning crew as we noticed within 20 mins of when we went to 6th floor to eat breakfast, room was cleaned with new towels and made up bed. My full prescription bottles of expensive medications are gone. The night before, some dude on the side of the hot was throwing bottles in the street, yelling and starting fights. The corner rooms smell like sewage.

Loved this place. Only complaint is that there was no water on our final morning. No water in shower, no water in sink faucets, couldn’t even flush the toilet. Other than that, everything was top notch, including the breakfast!

Top marks for location and accommodation options.

Breakfast options covered all the basics. Adequate quantities without being wasteful. Room was more than what we expected for a hotel in an excellent location near Termini station. The area was expectedly busy at times being the transport hub. Nearby dining options were v good and inexpensive. A great 👍 experience overall.
