The staff was friendly and helpful. However the location was so noisy. The vendors on be street were yelling and playing music until 3am most nights. And while its location is super convenient near the train station, that comes with a price of safety and noise. Also the gym was definitely moldy.

I will recommend this hotel. Everyone was polite and accommodating. Big shout to the housekeeper on the 3rd floor very nice. My husband was sick and she asked us if we need anything to call her. Thanks for that. And to the guy who help moving us to a 3 rooms with shower only. Sorry forgot his name. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good too

We were greeted by a very sweet lady and they held our luggage for 4 hours before check in. The room was large and beautiful. We had a huge bed that was very comfortable . Breakfast was full of options. We loved the location and would come back again

Room was very modern and nicely decorated. Included breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful for making taxi arrangement for transfer to airport at 4AM and even provided a takeaway breakfast for us. Location is convenient to both subway and train station.

The room is not that spotless. We had issues on the toilet seat keeps on moving (not safe), informed the staff but we had to wait ( 2 days) till we checked out and it was never been fix. Aircon not working when we checked in on Oct 9 to Oct 12 (2 rooms), but it never been fix. Only 1 electric fan available. Some staff are friendly and some are not. Breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast are all friendly and helpful.
