Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable
We stayed here for 2 nights.
Pros:
The apartment is absolutely immaculately clean.
The communication with Valeria was good.
The apartment was much bigger than it appeared in the photos, and in the kids’ room there was a queen bed (maybe king) plus a separate permanent single bed so they didn’t have to share a bed as it seems from the original listing.
The beds and pillows are memory foam - so comfortable!
There’s an elevator in the building
It’s only 5-10 mins walk from Roma termini station
There’s a large supermarket 3 mins walk away with a huge selection and reasonable prices
There’s 3 separate air conditioners. 1 in the kitchen/ dining and 1 in each bedroom
Cons:
The water pressure and heat of the hot water in the shower could be better
No fly screens on the windows, so need to use aircon to avoid the risk of having mosquitoes
There are the essential items in the kitchen, so we could cook, but a couple more items like a tea towel, vegetable peeler, extra rubbish bags etc would be helpful
