The men who worked the front desk were courteous and helpful. We were allowed to check in a bit early, which was fantastic after traveling for about 12 hours. They also directed us to some excellent gelato and a good, affordable restaurant. They made us feel very welcome.

Hotel in need of major repairs and upgrades. Very old and worned out looking. Room was spacious but bathroom needed updated and upgraded. No modern facilities. Had to leave room key at front desk ever time I left hotel, very awkward. Location a bit far from major attractions.

Lovely hotel close to transport hubs to get us round the city. Staff were very friendly and reacted well to any issue we had with the room. Ideal for a short break stay.

The hotel is in a great location to move around Rome. Bus and metro stations are very close. The hotel is very old, their infrastructure needs a lift but it was good enough for what we were looking for.
