A beautiful hotel in a great location in Rome. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, professional, and attentive to their guests. Douinia,Nazli and Anke I hope I am spelling their names right! In the morning, a varied breakfast is served on a terrace on the 5th floor. On this same rooftop, you can enjoy a cocktail or other drink in a pleasant setting. The persons serving you are very friendly, smiling, yet discreet.Morning and night Everything is in place for a pleasant time on a sunny evening. I highly recommend this place ,the staff even wrote us a letter because it was our second stay and acknowledge the couple with us with a glass of bubbly on the rooftop. And added the hotel instructions in French for them Also gave us a small bag with breakfast so we will not leave with an empty stomach we were leaving before the breakfast was open.Beautiful attention .Wonderful. I hope the owner of the hotel realize that all his staff is wonderful and how lucky to have wonderful peoples at his hotel.

Better than I thought when I walked up to it. Outside is a bit dirty but the area is actually pretty nice with 3 & 4 star hotels and an opera house right next door! Only 4 blocks from the station which is pretty trashy, so I didn’t expect it to be this nice. The hotel itself is fine - a good place to stay and breakfast.

Old hotel with helpful staff, updated rooms, and a nice English breakfast. Close to turn station so convenient for the Metro and the trains (airport, other destinations). Kind of a more run down block but never felt unsafe.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was very good. We will try to book in here for our next trip to Rome. It was an easy walk from Termini. We are frequent travelers and this hotel checked all of our boxes. Try Nerone, a couple of doors down, for dinner - we enjoyed the meal very much and the staff was excellent.

The hotel is very tired! Mold around tiles in the shower, old carpets, the AC was turned off, so I had to open our window and with the window open. It’s incredibly loud and noisy. Rooms need to be updated.

Once we got the lay of the land, finding all of the sites to visit was easy!! So many good options on every street. We even found a laundromat nearby and a great Thai massage place a block away!! Perfect after the long days of walking. Easy access to the train station too!!

A really wonderful hotel for visiting Rome. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and a rooftop bar. Lots of restaurants nearby, close to train and metro, the national archaeological museum 2 minute walk away. Excellent in every way.

A friendly, cheerful, and safe hotel very close to Roma Termini, the main train station in Rome. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with many options for my wife and for me - both vegetarians. The hotel is in walking distance of Rome’s major tourist sites.

A very comfortable and welcoming stay at Hotel Columbia. The all female staff were exceptionally welcoming and did their utmost to help you. The receptionists were extremely helpful Rome tourist guides too! Loved the roof terrace, great breakfasts and reasonably priced drinks for your evening drink. Lots of choice and places to eat nearby. So close to the train station but felt safe. Advice - book a superior room . Well worth it . Only thing was a little off putting was the Reception area with an ancient stone door frame as decoration next to a rather dated sofa and footstool. Look beyond this as this hotel was a welcome place to stay in Rome. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you.
