Clean, quiet, nice size room and bath. Good breakfast. Very helpful and patient staff. Great location. If you’re looking for affordable no-frills in Rome, this is it!

Very clean property with wonderful breakfast inclu

EVERYTHING was extremely clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property for singles, families, couples. There is an elevator to take you up to your rooms, which is very helpful moving luggage. It is located on a sidestreet, which keeps the noise relatively low.

Breakfast was fabulous! Great variety! Room was bare bones, and no air conditioning. It was 25C even with the window open all night. Too uncomfortable. Was told the air conditioning would not come on for another month. We had just come from a hotel in Naples, and the system had both air conditioning and heat that you could switch back and forth as needed. It was difficult to sleep with such heat in the room. Disappointing. Glad we only had one night booked. Nearby there are a lot of homeless immigrants. Would not want to be walking at night. Restaurants not close by. No shopping either.

Property provides your essentials and the breakfast has a very good selection. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and looked forward to their breakfast. Metro very close and it's not a bad walk to TERMINI. There's a nice park around the corner that has interesting ruins. Highly recommend.

Look no further.......

If you are looking for an overall outstanding place to stay in Rome... stop looking. From the front desk to the breakfast this is the best hotel I've seen in Rome. ( two old guys from Pennsylvania)

Perfect!

Staff was amazing! Sooo helpful. Room was minimalistic but clean, comfortable and large. Lovely large outdoor area on floors 4 and 5. Location was 15 minute walk to colliseum, one block to metro and 10 euro cab ride to train station. One of our best meals ever at local restaurant recommended by hotel. Only tiny drawback was not having a fridge for my medicine. Front desk kindly obliged holding meds for us.

We were welcome here!

From the moment we arrived at reception, we were treated as valued guests and given a great welcome. The area was quiet but safe, with several local restaurants nearby! Eating out was not a problem and relatively inexpensive!
