Convenient and Comfortable

Large hotel, easy walk with large suitcase, to/from Termini railway station for regional trains and metro. Frequent bus services to the usual tourist sites in streets close to hotel and at Termini. Reception staff were friendly, spoke excellent English and most were helpful. The property is serviced by three lifts. Small room is cosy but adequate for two people. Two chairs, spacious bathroom, walk-in shower equipped with a grab bar. Air con was very quiet and the opening window very welcome. Blackout curtains were excellent. Some noise from adjoining rooms. Our room was serviced daily. Two chairs, a small wardrobe, kettle with tea coffee, frig. One English language TV channel. More power points and charging points and a second baggage stand would be useful. We found the light switches complicated and confusing. Dining room offers breakfast (E16) and dinner and room service breakfast is available. Ice available from the bar and purified water from dispenser on each floor to refill bottle in room. Many reasonably priced restaurants serving tasty meals within a minute’s walk from the hotel. A tabac (closed Sunday) in the next block sells tickets for bus, metro etc.

We felt welcome, and safe in / around hotel. Triple room was large enough for 3 of us. It is always clean and plenty of supplies in the room. Hotel is convenient to train station and most place we wanted to visit.

Convenient and comfortable

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, so had a surprisingly large room for my quick one night stopover in Rome. I appreciated that the hotel was so easy to get to from the train station, and also walking distance from many key attractions.

Charged me for an extra person. Moved me to a suite. When I was ready to have them come to make the bed. The man didn't know how to do it , so they had to sleep on the couch and he gave me sheets. Not worth the upcharge Won't stay here again

Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son.

The location of this room is so ideal. It's a couple blocks from the Terimini station and so walkable. We took the Leonardo Express straight from the Fiumicino airport. The hotel allowed us to check in early, the room was so clean and the bed was so comfy(King) I don't know what I loved more the staff and how helpful everyone was (Breakfast, front desk or cleaning staff) or location. It was so close to the tram stations that took you everywhere, Colesseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, all the popular shopping streets. You can tap your ticket right at the fare gates. We did rent a car because we drove to Naples and the Amalfi Coast and their was parking available around the streets. We had trouble with the parking kiosk because everything was in Italian, but the hotel staff was so amazing and even came outside to assist. I know they didn't have to do that, but he did and I thought it was the kindest gesture. We tried all the restaurants around the hotel and they were all delicious. If you are coming from the US make sure you bring a converter for your gadgets. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Always a pleasure

I have stayed here foir many years and have always felt at home. The convenience to Termini is a major plus for me. Access to so many bus lines and the Metro are a great asset. The staff is always very helpful and accomodating. If you stay here, do include the daily breakfast; the choices of food is excellent...a great way to start the day.

We booked a triple room and it has two bathrooms with 1 bath, 1 shower and 3 sinks! The design of the room is very smart with plenty of rooms for luggages and closet to hang up clothes as well.

A fabulous hotel

The hotel was wonderful with exactly what we wanted in a room. We even had a balcony, which was a real treat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. A great location to walk to all the sits.
